Sometimes, it is only by picking up our pens that we can become the authors of our own stories again.
A healing space for people of colour to write their stories around childlessness, racial bias/discrimination, and the challenges of life.
In the Write to Heal workshop, we will be exploring using Writing as a way of healing from trauma, grief and loss. I would love to help you access that part of yourself, and allow your words out for healing.
Safe spaces are important and this workshop is specifically for childless not by choice, childless by circumstance. It is important to feel comfortable as you move inward into those parts which have been hidden for so long.
Writing was a process which helped Bindi to release her emotions during the immense grief from childlessness. It is a wonderful way of getting trapped and hidden emotions out. In the workshop, Bindi will guide you in a meditation to access this inner part of you holding on to these emotions.

In this workshop, Bindi Shah will guide you in a meditation to access the soul part of you, so that the words to support you can come through. There will be writing and journalling time with prompts. The workshop will end with a deep grounding and sharing of insights.
Writing is a wonderful way to start the healing process from trauma, grief and loss, and continuing to have a good writing or journalling practice is a way to manage life’s challenges.
