Frequently asked questions about World Childless Week

About WCW and the team

Who founded World Childless Week?

Stephanie Joy Phillips had the idea for World Childless Week in 2017. She started a page on Facebook and asked members of online support groups if they would like to make submissions sharing their stories and experience.

Who is World Childless Week for?

It's for anyone who is childless despite their longing to be a parent because they have never been pregnant (for any reason), not carried full term or have suffered the sadness of a baby born sleeping. World Childless Week is here to support those who have felt the heartbreak of knowing they will be childless for life.

How can I be added to the World Childless Week Resources?

We hope to make the World Childless Week website the "go-to" online directory for all things childless and are continually expanding the resources. If you run a support group, are a counsellor or a blogger etc and would like to put yourself forward to be added to the World Childless Week resources, please get in touch

Can I interview the World Childless Week team?

Yes you can, we love a natter! Please contact us with a few details of what, when and where and we'll be right back in touch with you. Let us know if you'd like to speak to Steph or one of our Ambassadors.

What about data and GDPR?

We have introduced a privacy policy which you can read here. If you wish to use any material from this site or the World Childless Week archives please get in touch.
