Weekly meditation classes for childless not by choice. Come and join a group of women and move into the healing you need.
Circumstantial childlessness is complex, nuanced, and often unresolved, shaped by timing and circumstances that never quite aligned rather than by a clear decision.
ANYTHING YOU LOSE is an intimate journey through the maze of Assisted Reproductive Technologies and into the depths of the silence of infertility.
Are you ready to heal your heart and reignite your life after infertility or circumstantial childlessness?

Crossing Oceans
The 22 June marked Windrush Day. My parents crossed an ocean in their twenties, travelling at different times on the ship Irpinia in the 1960s. Summer is usually seen as a time for freedom and connection. Most people think of barbecues, beach trips, and parents posting photos of their kids in the sun. I’ve lost count how many ‘miracle baby’ posts I’ve seen on social media in the last ten years, but I can count on one hand (as there are so few) how many included stories like mine – those without a baby after IVF.
