I am a qualified coach, with a Diploma in Coaching from Warwick University and a Certificate in Life Coaching from Gloucestershire College. I am also a retired teacher, with over 30 years of experience in a wide range of schools. I have lived and worked in beautiful Gloucestershire for 27 years.

I am a person-centred coach, which means I won't usually be giving you answers or advice.

I will listen without judgement to your story and work with you to unravel confusion, find clarity and confidence, make changes, develop ideas, find solutions and enhance your wellbeing.
