Writing is a wonderful way to start the healing process from trauma, grief and loss, and continuing to have a good writing or journalling practice is a way to manage life’s challenges.
In this workshop, Bindi Shah will guide you in a meditation to access the soul part of you, so that the words to support you can come through. There will be writing and journalling time with prompts. The workshop will end with a deep grounding and sharing of insights.

Safe spaces are important and this workshop is specifically for childless not by choice, childless by circumstance. It is important to feel comfortable as you move inward into those parts which have been hidden for so long.
Writing is a huge part of Bindi's healing journey. When she was in the depth of her childless grief, she wrote words which later became poetry - often waking up in the middle of the night and simply writing and writing. She later realised that this writing was her healing - it was a way of allowing her emotions out.
