“Hello You” Online Body Connection

‘Hello You’ is a simple movement session, supporting you to connect a little bit more with your own body, noticing how your body responds as you bring your attention to your own self. Anyone can join in, whatever your mobility level, whatever your relationship with your body, whatever your energy level, whether you have an injury or not.

The session will start with an introduction from me so that you know what’s going to happen. From there you just listen to my invitation to move into and sense your own body. Each person will interpret my words in their own way, moving in whatever way feels good/right for them, in that moment. As your movements, your way of noticing your body is unique, there is no right or wrong way to do this – it’s just your way. If you can’t move at all or much, that’s absolutely fine, you can just listen and notice how your body feels.

Additional information:

  • Clear space on the floor so that you can move around freely

  • Get a couple of pillows/cushions and a blanket or two if you want to end the session lying down and resting.

  • I recommend that you have at least 15-20mins afterwards to be with whatever comes up for you and to rest if you can. If possible choose the most quiet/private space in the house and take this time to be alone with your own body.

Please note: This webinar will be recorded and available to view on the website, if you are unable to attend it live. You do not need to register to watch the replay.

Victoria Robinson - England

True Massage Therapy

Victoria Robinson has been a massage therapist for 25 years. She is also an artist. Victoria uses her experiences of being CNBC and healing through body connection in all of her work. Victoria is 9 years on from the Gateway Women residential she attended just before her 40th birthday which supported her innate decision to stop the 11 years of trying and failing to get pregnant. She mostly feels happy with her life now and acknowledges the vitalness of her conscious connection to her CNBC community as being important to this. Victoria’s journey to healing continues with dance and art and she is passionate about supporting CNBC women to feel good in and with their own amazing bodies.

My story is of the healing power of dance, art and acceptance.

Here’s what others say:

Thank you so much for this today.  I really appreciate your warm and encouraging style, letting us know there is no right or wrong way to do this, simply inviting us in to ourselves.  My body really responds well to this.  I am deeply grateful.

Good morning, I joined the session on zoom today. I loved it!! Thank you. I loved the sense of no expectations, made me do more. I’m body conscious and very resistant to exercise. It was so healing.

I had no idea what to expect, but loved the session. Found it really freeing. Thank you so much!

I loved it.  The anonymity really works.  Felt free to move and could really focus on what I was doing without the usual noticing other people.
