Meditation: Using gentle Self-Care to Move You Forward

Moving forward is not easy, it takes work and intention to realise that you need to move forward from your grief in order to live a happy life. Adding self-care into your life can be a way of moving forward gently.

Self-care is caring for your physical, emotional and spiritual self. This can be difficult if you do not feel deserving – you may have had years of pain and hurt as you went through your childlessness journey. It is essential to bring in deep care for yourself as you move forward in your childless not by choice life.

In the meditation, you’ll be guided to explore what aspects of self-care you would like to bring into your everyday. Gentle things which can be done, with ease, and will bring you a little joy and care. The more self-care you do, the more you can start feeling better within yourself and taking those small steps forward.

Bindi Shah - England

Bindi Shah is a meditation teacher and writer who specialises in guiding meditation classes for childless not by choice. After leaving the corporate world in 2001, she studied Ayurveda, Yoga and Meditation in India. Wanting to bring this ancient healing form to her hometown, she set up a well-being business in London. She studied Life Coaching and became certified in this when she moved to Brighton and has now been teaching meditation for almost 20 years. She has published the ‘Daily Truth Oracle Card’ deck, a deck of 44 cards which feature soul messages for meditation, reflection and support.
