Helen Louise Jones & The Childless Voices
I started Childless Voices online during the Pandemic, where childless women met weekly to sing on Zoom throughout lockdown. We all worked together to create the lyrics for the song which was part of Doctoral Research conducted by Laura Curtis.
Our involuntary childlessness will always be key in our life experience, this is a lifetime of loss, often met with misunderstanding. Over 70 involuntary childless women appear in the video and we hope to raise awareness for Involuntarily Childless and reach those isolated in their childless grief and to open the door to difficult conversations
