The lotus flower has many meanings because it grows out of deep mud, through murky water, and blooms into a beautiful flower.
Its strength and determination have become a powerful symbol to me of all that I am rising from living a life I did not foresee.
The words around the lotus flower are reminders of all the qualities I still possess, and have better developed, because of being childless.
