Art, our Bodies and Emotions

Strong emotions may come up when we navigate our lives without children around friends with kids. It’s often difficult to talk about these feelings and difficult to live with them. In this workshop I show how we can approach our feelings and emotions through art and we learn that art is the language of our emotions – and the best part: You don’t even need to be good at it!

DATE: Thursday 19th September

TIME: 12pm BST - Find your timezone HERE

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: For this workshop you need a quiet, private place with a bit of room around you for standing and movement, a table and a chair, several sheets of paper, painting and art material: Colours, water colours, pencils, pens, glitter, stickers etc. – everything your artsy heart desires!
