I’m 45, and I was born in the Soviet Union. My native city is Kharkov, Ukraine. Since 2010, I’ve been living in Italy with my husband.
By profession, I’m an English, Italian, Russian and Ukrainian translator, and a legal counsel specializing mostly in Contract Law and GDPR.
When I was about 42, I had to admit to myself that, most probably, I wouldn’t become a mother, and we would need to come to terms with it. After several years of feeling lost, helpless, and useless, I was lucky to find support through social networks and books by amazing authors, who themselves were CNBC. I got to know wonderful CNBC people, both men and women, who helped me gain my strength, and see the light ahead. So, I decided to set up my own consultancy project “Human Rocks” dedicated to advocating for the childless people in the workplace, in order to help businesses balance their HR policies and practices, by embracing the needs of childless employees.
