Join Anastasia MacDonald of Full of Life for this thoughtful self-care workshop.
Art as Soulwork is a gentle way to access your inner wisdom. Perhaps you’d like some insights into whatever is challenging you these days. Or you’d like some intuitive guidance around next steps in your childless journey. Or maybe you’re simply longing for a bit of stillness, some friendly compassion, and a space of time for quiet reflection.
Anastasia will lead the group in a short guided meditation. She will then mindfully hold the space while you take time to individually create an artistic expression that captures your own experience during the meditation. We’ll finish by coming back to the group to briefly share our takeaways.
No meditation experience or artistic talent or training is required to participate in and benefit from this workshop. While the guided meditation is not explicitly about childlessness, your childless heart is very welcome in this safe space.
Date: Sunday 19th September
Time: 7am Mountain Time US, 9am Eastern Time US, 2pm London UK, 6.30pm Mumbai India
Suggested Materials: You may use whatever artistic medium you prefer – colored pencils, paint, markers, collage, crayons, or whatever else you like to use to express yourself visually.

I’m Anastasia MacDonald, and I will help you achieve your goals in the safe environment of one childless woman talking to another. You can count on me for compassion, empathy, and understanding.
I have Masters degrees in Health & Wellness Coaching and Culture & Spirituality. I have worked in non-profit, agriculture, eco-retail, and community relations. While my coaching originally focused more generally on women in mid-life, I now work exclusively with women who are involuntarily childless.
I am childless by circumstance. Although my childless grief will always be with me, I have learned to live with it as a companion and not a monster. I am shaping a joyful life around this unchosen identity and practice celebrating the silver linings and unexpected delights that come with it.
