The Clan of Brothers is a group to give childless not by choice (CNBC) males a safe place to find support and encouragement from their brothers around the globe. We aim for it to be a friendly place to connect with other men who are childless not by choice. We came from a range of backgrounds, countries and have experienced different circumstances and experiences along our childless journeys. We discuss not only the effects of being childless not by choice, including identity, legacy, expressions of grief, but also daily life, hobbies, travel, favourite drinks etc!
The Clan of Brothers is in its early stages as we all venture out and begin having these difficult discussions, but we know it is an empathic and non-judgemental group, where you can be heard, supported and hopefully also a laugh. Most of all it is place for us to belong.
This has been a place where I can go and say anything that’s on my mind that’s upsetting me about being a male and CNBC. And I’m helped. I feel closer to them than my friends and siblings.

The group is a private group on Facebook and we also hold Zoom catch ups, which have brought us together across four continents. To request to join please go to The Clan of Brothers and answer the questions. We are not prying, but only asking these questions as we want to make sure it is the right group for you and for all the brothers who are there – just a sentence for each will do.
We look forward to meeting you.
