Moving forward in a childless not by choice life journey is not easy. There will be days when you are reminded of your grief, days which are harder than others. Finding peace with your life journey may indeed be a life-long learning. Focus on self-care, finding a little joy in every day and being in the moment are all ways in which you can help yourself find some peace.

Finding a little joy in every day, you allow yourself to heal. The nature walks you do, the journal you write, the art you create. You find yourself more and more inspired as you take the small steps forward. One day you notice that you find joy more easily, that you are triggered less, that you laugh more than cry.

In this meditation session, Bindi will start with a reflection on self-care and the small everyday things which can bring you joy. Looking at how you can find yourself inspired by these small steps and how that can lead to an increase in motivation.

The meditation session will start with a breathing exercise, meditation on being in the moment and finding joy. The session will end with a reflection and questions.
