FREE Mother's Day Meditation

The UK Mothering Sunday event in March was loved and appreciated by many, and it has led me to also hold a space of healing for the International Mother’s Day in May. 


Mother’s Day can be a difficult time for childless not by choice. In this special meditation session, I invite you to come and treat yourself with kindness (mothering). This day can be layered with different aspects of the ‘mother wound’ and this is what we will be reflecting on in the guided meditation.

You may have a difficult relationship with your mother, you may have lost your mother, the impact of childlessness and not being a mother. We will gently reflect on these aspects and bring in some healing time with others who understand and care. There will also be time for some journalling reflection in the session.

Location: over Zoom - make sure you have a comfortable place to meditate and journal
