It is a known fact that race may have impacted your journey to motherhood. Studies have shown that Black and Asian women develop fibroids at a rate higher than white women, which can then lead to infertility. There may have been racial bias in the institutions you were hoping would help you - health services, fertility clinics.
It is a huge burden to carry. Let’s come together and heal.
This 1.5 hour meditation & connection session is for you to explore parts of your ancestral heritage - especially those parts you may not know about. Reaching in and gaining insights from your spirit guides, ancestors and the wisdom of your soul.
Reaching inwards and healing the childless part of you - you may have wanted children, but circumstances in life have led this not to have happened: relationships, health, fertility, the bias of institutions you were in, family expectations - all of this (and more) may have been a factor in this circumstantial childlessness.

I am Indian heritage, born in the UK and brought up by parents who came over to London from Kenya in the 1960s. Growing up I had family in Kenya, and not many here in the UK. This disconnect to my heritage has led me to explore my identity, and one of the ways I am doing this is through meditation, inner wisdom and drawing into my ancestor’s energy.
I am so excited to create a space of healing for women of colour, who are also childless not by choice. A space where we can explore our stories, journey, and move into a new level of healing.
I have been teaching meditation for 22 years now, having graduated from Ayurveda, Yoga & Meditation in my studies in India in 2002. I have taught thousands of classes, and my current weekly offerings are for childless not by choice - an aspect of myself which was hidden, and where I now find deep healing.
Let's connect and chat - I am excited to create these women of colour meditate and connect sessions.
Testimonial:
The meditation classes with Bindi have become a new gem in my life. For me it’s a source of strength and connection, being able to speak openly about difficult emotions in a safe space where I have a sense of belonging.
As a woman of colour I would have an even stronger sense of belonging amongst other WOC, and a meditation class with WOC would deepen the connection which already exists between us. D.
