Together we move into a deepening of our breath, gentle chant, song and relaxation.

Chanting is a somatic practice of resonant embodied sound, a personal sound healing session. Calming and connecting with your mind body spirit and your nervous system, deepening and opening up your natural sound. Naturally helping to release grief, emotion and trauma, in a safe supportive environment.
