Dear sisters, I am very pleased to announce that The Chanting Circle will be held online every Sunday this February, 7pm til 8.30pm Uk time. A beautiful weekly, self nurturing and non religious practice to music, for breath, body, heart, mind and the gentle opening of the throat and natural voice. We dont chant the whole time, there's warm up and relaxation..
In the presence of women who truly understand
Note: you can choose to stay on or off camera and all voice are muted. You can hear myself and the drums and music.
This practice is for 'involuntarily childless women' only at every stage of life. We are a safe space, please email me to join or look at the website for more details.
£10 or £30 for 4 Circles. (only pay when you attend)

TESTIMONIALS
What a beautiful, loving and safe space you have created, I am so looking forward to joining you next week.

I’ve found that Helen’s chanting sessions are a gentle and subtly powerful way to calm my nervous system and go a step deeper into feeling peaceful and balanced at the end of the week. This is a wonderful way for me to gradually release the stress of life and a beautiful way to honour and meet ourselves and the other women we are in the space with.

I very much enjoy Helen’s weekly chanting circle. It’s fun and enriching that it’s so international; people from a variety of countries join the chanting every week. Since I’ve started, I’m more aware of my breathing and I’ve noticed that I’m singing a lot more at home. Without trying, it’s like my voice has started to develop itself, catching tunes that I wasn’t able to sing before.

The chanting connects me with both the community of women and with my inner self. It feels great to be part of a healing sisterhood.
I feel relaxed and restored after each session and return to the chants in my head during the week for calmness and strength.
Thank you so much Helen

I am so grateful to have met Helen and other brave women, I have had the privilege to connect with since Lockdown in the Chanting Circle. It was so good to see silent women emerge and show their beautiful compassion of understanding towards each other. We all have a voice so let us not be silent.
