I am a qualified coach, with a Diploma in Coaching from Warwick University and a Certificate in Life Coaching from Gloucestershire College.
I’ve lived and worked in beautiful Gloucestershire for 27 years.
On my way through life so far, I’ve experienced highs and lows, relationship changes, career challenges, grief and loss, happiness, sadness, anxiety, joy and contentment.
Along with connection and companionship from family, friends, pets and colleagues, coaching has become and invaluable resource on my path to self-awareness, purpose, confidence and fulfilment.
I created Apricot Lane Coaching so that I could draw on my own life experiences to enable me to coach others with understanding, empathy, and authenticity.
My journey through childlessness has been the toughest challenge I’ve faced and coming to terms with it has been life changing. Now, through coaching, I support others to find new ways through the loneliness and isolation of childlessness, to create a happy life without children.
Along the way, I’ve been in and out of relationships, married, separated, divorced and dating. I’ve been unpartnered now for nine years and these days I identify myself as “single by choice,” happy with myself and by myself!
