Over the course of the weekend Helen Segal of Empowered Childlessness will guide you to create your own smash book, which will provide you with love and safety to begin your journey of transformation.

You do not have to think you are creative to do this work, in fact a lot of the people I have worked with, have come believing they are not creative. By the end of the weekend, they have changed their minds and believe they are 100% creative.
