Meditation: Using gentle Self-Care to move you forward

I am able to care for myself

Self-care is good for my ability to move forward.

Caring for myself helps me take steps forward.

Self-care makes me feel worthy.

I can gently add in movement for my physical self-care.

I make sure that I eat nourishing food.

I drink enough water.

When I say no I am caring for my emotional self.

When I don’t over-commit, I am caring for my emotional self.

I bring more creativity into my life.

I let go of things which do not serve me, this is my self-care.

It is important for me to move forward, so YES I will look after myself.

It is easy for my spiritual self to be ignored. I ignore it, no longer.

It has been hard for me to forgive the decisions I’ve made, which have led me to childlessness.

I must bring in forgiveness of myself for my self-care.

I forgive myself deeply.

As I move forward with self-care, I will start bringing in joy.
