All intertwined,

Building complex layers of grief,

So challenging to release.

But trying, always trying.

Keeping going,

Staying calm,

Feeling emotions (but not too much!),

Releasing,

Allowing,

Accepting,

Rejecting,

Screaming inside,

Giving up,

Failing,

But trying, always trying.

Tied to bed,

Loss of life,

Fear of life,

The Unknown.
