Ageing with a Glow, not a Groan - how to thrive at every stage of your life, and not just survive!

What are the 10 things you'd want the world to know about being someone whose Life is Shaped by Unrealised Parenthood (an LSUP'er)?

  • The joy and the ache.

  • The detours that became destinations.

  • The silent grief and the self you've quietly, stubbornly built from it.

Because being an LSUP'er is never just one thing. It's complicated and layered and deeply, irreversibly yours. Our story has many sides, and every single one of them matters. This webinar sits inside that truth. Because what does it really mean to age well when your Life has been Shaped by Unrealised Parenthood? This is not a talk about coping. It's a talk about thriving — with intention, with knowledge, and with people who genuinely get it.

In 1 interactive hour, you will discover why LSUP'ers face specific health and wellbeing challenges as they age, and what you can actually do about them. From the science of how grief lives in the body, to the power of morning daylight, to practical biohacks that cost nothing — this session is your permission slip to invest in yourself, completely and unapologetically.

Whether you're in your 30's reimagining your future, or in your 50's and beyond, ready to make those years genuinely vibrant, there is something here for you. 10 things explain you. And 1 of them is this: you deserve to glow. Your Glow is waiting. Let's find it together.

PANELLIST

Lauren de Vere - UK

The detrimental effects of having my Life Shaped by Unrealised Parenthood (LSUP) formed a slow, insidious background hum, lasting for over 25 years.  I’d grown up amid much family instability, quietly influencing my choice of romantic relationships, and

in the end, I was faced with acknowledging that I wouldn't ever become a parent. I suffered mentally and physically; my body kept telling me to listen — chronic inflammation and my own antibodies turning against me — but I didn't.

The game-changer was learning to properly take care of myself, and I subsequently trained as a certified Health and Wellbeing Coach.  My passion is paying it forward — helping other LSUP'ers build healthy, sustainable habits and find their own pathway back to a meaningful life.

Outside of coaching, I'm usually curled up with a book, practising yoga, enjoying the theatre, or being bossed around by my two adorable Ragamuffin cats.
