Can't believe the progress that has happened in the past month. Been getting help with coping with not having kids, and losing kids, that I have had a hand in bringing up.
This is not a woe is me status, this is to let people know that sometimes counciling does work. I know it's not for everyone but it has helped me with a few issues and I have no issues with speaking about it, hence this status.
For nearly half my life I've struggled with this.
So, I would recommend anyone to at least try getting help. It's not weak to want help, as every person deserve it. For 5 weeks this gentleman has been there helping with this progress.
But I have been so fortunate that my family and friends have also made such a difference in I would not be here today if it wasn't for them.
