A Needs Assessment of Women Who Remain Childless Following Infertility Treatment

Have you completed fertility treatment without having a child? You are invited to participate in a research study through Northwestern University.

Researchers at Northwestern University are conducting a confidential research study to better understand the experiences and support needs of women whose fertility treatment ended without a live birth. The goal is to improve how fertility clinics support patients at the end of treatment.

You may be eligible if you:

  • Are 18+ years old

  • Were biologically female at birth

  • Previously underwent fertility treatment that did not result in a live birth

  • Are currently childless and not planning additional treatment

  • Can read and understand English

Participation involves:

  • Completing a confidential online survey (~20 minutes)

  • Entirely voluntary

  • Participants will not be compensated
