The Write to Heal workshop is specifically for childless not by choice, and helps you to use writing as a way to release the trauma, pain, grief and loss which is within you.

The theme for this Write to Heal Workshop will be writing for one of the World Childless Week (WCW) topics. There have been a few WCW pieces written at the Write to Heal workshops, and this may be a lovely way for you to do some writing for World Childless Week, and bring yourself to a healing space within. We’ll look at the different topics of WCW this year, and there will be some gentle prompts during the workshop.
We start with a meditation to get comfortable with the feelings deep inside, and to bring them to the surface.
Then I have writing prompts to guide you to start the writing process. You may start writing about your childless journey, or any aspect of your life. When we begin writing, there is always a lot which can come through.
There is also time to share, and reflect during the workshop, and being in a space solely for childless not by choice can be transformational.
