Every moment around involuntary childlessness is stacked with emotions. Grief, of course, but also anger, sadness, jealousy and envy, for many of us a lot of shame. Rage, confusion, despair – I could go on and on.
Unfortunately in most communities and societies we grew up in we never really learned how to speak to and about our emotions. But human beings are emotions, it’s our birthright. And emotions are part of our cognitive intelligence.
I firmly believe that everyone is an expert on their own emotions. Yet sometimes we find ourselves caught in a tangle of feelings, unsure of which way to turn. With Dynamic Emotional Integration, I create a space where you can meet your emotions anew — a space where they can reveal their wisdom, communicate with you, and help you find clarity and trust in yourself.
The landscape of your emotions lies within you — and it can be explored.

As a licensed Dynamic Emotional Integration® (DEI) trainer and consultant, theatre and voice coach, I explore how emotions guide us through the unknown. Using art, embodiment, movement, and community, I create safe spaces for emotional experience, especially for people who are CNBC.
Developed by sociologist and educator Karla McLaren, DEI helps us engage with emotions unconditionally, relearn their language, and access their deep wisdom. I am CNBC and learned about this work in Jody Day's one year course "The Online Bee".
