An old school friend got in touch and asked if I'd like to be interviewed for one of her 'random dialogues'. She said I could talk about literally anything I wanted and I realised that I felt okay enough to talk about CNBC.
Talking about it made me realise how I have moved on - something that previously, I couldn't imagine would ever happen. It was really great to be heard, and I would love it if there was someone out there who might find some comfort or something helpful from the video.
