Bindi Shah - UK, "People's Champion"

Meet Bindi Shah – a meditation guide, writer, and advocate for the involuntary childless community. Through her unique journey, Bindi has found solace in meditation and now shares her learning with others.

In meditation, you move inwards, which is a tender place to be. I want childless not by choice women to feel comfortable as they meditate, and to be with others who understand their story.

With a background in Ayurveda and Yoga, Bindi's path to healing began in India after leaving her corporate job. Returning to London, she established a healing practice, combining yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda. Moving to Brighton she supported others with retreats and life coaching.

Volunteer work has always been close to Bindi's heart. From a young age, she assisted those in need in India and later volunteered at the Mother Teresa Centre during her Ayurveda studies. In Brighton, she utilized her life coaching skills at the Young People's Centre.

Writing has been Bindi’s refuge during difficult times. Her emotional journey inspired her book of poetry, ‘The Eyes of Time’, published under the pseudonym Grace Sumeria. This healing writing is also the foundation for her inspiring workshops.

Bindi's empathy for the childless community comes from her own multi-layered experience, including adenomyosis that led to a hysterectomy. Her work revolves around empowering and supporting others on similar paths.

In her dedication to the childless community, Bindi continues to be a guiding light. With her, those seeking solace, understanding, and personal growth find strength to navigate their unique journey.
